MOC's have our absolute preference, however we do also allow MOD's (modifications of existing sets) and SEC's (Someone Else's Creations), provided you give the credits to the creator. Existing sets will only be allowed if they are part of a larger display, not as lose pieces. We will hold a Dark Hour, so if your creations have something that lights up, that is a big plus!
Our exhibition's theme is Winter Wonderland! This doesn't mean we will only accept snowed under creations, but we will dedicate a specific section to it. Sometimes an existing creation can get a touch of winter, just by adding some white plates and tiles...
Please indicate in the description what the measurements of each creation is in studs in length x depth (for example: 64x32). With length we mean the side you would like to put towards the public. If your creations are not on base plates, just make an estimation of the required surface. If your creation can be looked at from 360°, be sure to mention this! If you need power, please bring an extension cord, we'll try to make sure there is one power box near your table.
Please provide black cloth for your table and if you don't have any, please contact us so we can provide some extra (we only have a limited supply). The Event Manager for RTB Hasselt is Steven Decoutere, so for any practical questions, you can contact him at firstname.lastname@example.org
